We want you to love your new eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility:
- Items must be in brand-new, resalable condition, with no scratches, marks, or signs of wear on both the lenses and frames.
- All original packaging—including the hard case, pouch, microfiber cleaning cloth, and any authenticity certificates/tags—must be returned undamaged.
How to Return:

- Receive return instructions and the return address from our team.
- Pack items securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to us.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned eyewear.
The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
